Nevada remains on top after a strong showing at regionals. Grand Valley State moves up to 2 with Boston College, Penn State, and SUNY Binghamton rounding out the top 5. 6 new teams are welcomed into the top 15 while 20 total teams receive votes in the Tytan Athletics NCBBA-W Week 22 Top 15 Poll!

The next Tytan Athletics NCBBA-W Top 15 Poll will be released on April 25th following the National Championship Tournament!

Nevada, Grand Valley State, Boston College, Penn State, SIUe, and SUNY Binghamton are the 6 automatic qualifiers to the NCBBA-W National Championship Tournament after winning their respective regional.

#1 seed Nevada handled #2 seed UC Irvine by a score of 75-27. #2 GVSU takes care of #1 Ohio State by a score of 70-57. #1 Boston College wins 68-46 over #7 Northeastern. #1 Penn State takes down #4 Villanova by a score of 67-43. #1 SIUe takes 2 out of 3 games against #2 Iowa. #2 SUNY Binghamton defeated #3 Syracuse by a score of 46-33.

The final 2 spots will be selected via At-Large Bids.  Those selections will be made later this evening, so be sure to look out!

There was a lot of action across the country today with teams fighting for their spot in the 2024 National Championship Tournament.

In the Great Lakes Regional Tournament Grand Valley State took down the #2 team in the country, Ohio State, 70-57 to be the first team to punch their ticket to the National Championship! The other 5 Regional Tournaments will conclude tomorrow.

The NCBBA-Women’s regular season has come to an end. This weekend we will have 6 Regional Tournaments taking place throughout the country with each winner earning an automatic bid to the National Championship Tournament in Erie, PA.
