IMPORTANT! – The date for the 2022/2023 NCBBA-W Annual League Meeting has been set! The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 15th at 7:00PM EST.  Click HERE to download the invitation which has all the details.  Discussion topics include plans and updates for the 2022-23 season, along with new rule proposals that could be implemented for next season.   More updates regarding the league meeting will be released soon.  Be sure to follow the NCBBA-W Twitter & Facebook pages for the latest news and media!

Boston College finishes off their undefeated season by winning the first ever NCBBA-W National Championship Tournament and is rewarded as the unanimous #1! Congratulations Eagles! Ohio State, SIUe, and Northeastern round out the top 4.

The #2 seeded Boston College Eagles are your 2022 NCBBA-W National Champions after defeating Ohio State 45-44 in the National Championship Game.  The Eagles were lead by Catherine Van Pelt who averaged 17 points per game which earned her MVP honors.

Click HERE to download the 2022-2023 NCBBA-Women’s League Participation Agreement.  If you are renewing your membership with the NCBBA for the 22-23 season, this needs signed by both the Team Representative (e.g. Team President) as well as a Faculty Representative (e.g. Club Sports Director) to secure your spot in the NCBBA-W for the 2022-2023 season.  This is due no later than June 1st, 2022, so don’t delay.  It is much easier getting the required signatures before you leave campus for the summer.

The field is set! Kennesaw State and Coastal Carolina had to go to a decisive 3rd game which Kennesaw State won 81-66 to be crowned South Atlantic Regional Champions.  Northeastern out of the New England and SUNY Cortland out of the North Atlantic have been named as the At-Large bids for the NCBBA-W National Championship Tournament. These 3 teams will join the following:

• Penn State (Mid Atlantic Region Champions)
• Boston College (New England Region Champions)
• Ohio State (Great Lakes Region Champions)
• SIUe (Mid America Region Champions)
• Syracuse (North Atlantic Region Champions)
