24-25 POST SEASON BOUND

The NCBBA-W would like to congratulate the following teams on earning a berth into the post-season regional tournaments.

  • Montclair – New England West Conference Champion
  • Purdue – Mid America East Conference Runner Up
  • Iowa State – Mid America West Conference Runner Up
  • Stanford – Pacific North Conference Champion
  • San Francisco – Pacific North Conference Runner Up
  • UC San Diego – Pacific South Conference Champion
  • UC Irvine – Pacific South Conference Runner Up

OUR 3RD NEW #1 OF THE SEASON!

UMass jumps to #1 after receiving 4 first place votes and are 12-0 in conference play and in the New England North Conference Champion. Boston College and Sacred Heart receive 1 first place vote each.

Boston College, Syracuse, Sacred Heart, and Ohio State round out the top 5. 21 teams received votes in the Week 19 poll. While 4 new teams enter the Top 15 this week.

SACRED HEART STAYS #1; SECOND STRAIGHT POLL ON TOP

Sacred Heart stays #1 after receiving 5 first place votes and are 10-0 in conference play and 11-0 overall. Boston College receives 1 first place vote each.

Boston College, Ohio State, Syracuse, and UMass round out the top 5. 21 teams received votes in the Week 15 poll. While 1 new teams enter the Top 15 this week.

2025 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP RETURNS TO ERIE, PA!

The NCBBA-W is excited to announce that National Championship Tournament will be heading back to Erie, PA for the fourth year in a row! The event will take place at Mercyhurst University on April 11th. It will then move to Hagerty Family Events Center for April 12th and 13th. This will allow us to live broadcast the Semi-Finals and the Championship Game for the third straight year!  Read the full official release HERE

Sacred Heart dethrones Boston College after receiving 4 first place votes and are 10-0 in conference play and 11-0 overall. Boston College and Grand Valley State receive 1 first place vote each.

Boston College, Grand Valley State, Ohio State, and Syracuse round out the top 5. 24 teams received votes in the Week 15 poll. While 5 new teams enter the Top 15 this week.

Boston College remains #1 after receiving all 6 first place votes and going 8-0 to start the season.

Grand Valley State, Sacred Heart, Syracuse, and Penn round out the top 5. 27 teams received votes in the Week 13 poll. While 1 new team enters the Top 15 this week.

The NCBBA is excited to announce that Towson University is the 16th official team to join the NCBBA-W division for the 2024-2025 season. Welcome  Tigers.
